Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeagueLines website (leaguelines.net) and mobile apps (together, the “Service”), operated by DoubtFuel Entertainment LLC (“LeagueLines,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, connecting a league, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase, and at least 13 to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk; you agree to provide accurate information and not to share or misuse accounts.

What LeagueLines provides — and what it is not

LeagueLines computes and displays sportsbook-style odds and projections for your fantasy football leagues. All odds, projections, spreads, moneylines, win probabilities, and records are model-generated estimates based on historical performance and your league’s scoring rules — not a guarantee of outcomes. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. LeagueLines is not a sportsbook, is not a gambling service, and does not accept, place, or facilitate real-money wagers. Moneylines shown include a standard illustrative margin (vig) and should not be read as literal probabilities; the win percentage shown is the model’s estimate. You should not rely on the Service for betting or any financial decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Access, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ data by any automated or unauthorized means.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Service.
• Connect leagues or data you do not have the right to access, or infringe the rights of any third party.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these rules.

Purchases, entitlements & no refunds

Paid features (such as a season pass or add-on leagues) unlock additional functionality for a specific sport and season. Entitlements are tied to your account and the season purchased; they expire at the end of that season and do not carry over. Web payments are processed by Stripe; mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google together with RevenueCat, and are also subject to those stores’ terms.

All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or granted at our sole discretion. For in-app purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. Prices and product offerings may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any odds, projection, or figure is accurate or complete. Fantasy data is retrieved from third-party platforms (such as Sleeper and Yahoo) whose availability and accuracy we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueLines and DoubtFuel Entertainment LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty U.S. dollars (US$20). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Delete Account page). We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; purchased entitlements are non-refundable as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and no-refund terms — will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DoubtFuel Entertainment LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
