LeagueLines

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

LeagueLines (“LeagueLines,” “we,” “us”) is operated by DoubtFuel Entertainment LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (leaguelines.net) and mobile apps (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information (name, email) Google provides. Authentication and account management are handled by our provider, Clerk. We store an account identifier that lets us associate your leagues and purchases with you. We never see or store your password — Clerk manages credentials.

Fantasy league information

When you connect a Sleeper or Yahoo fantasy football league, we collect the league’s identifier and the league data needed to compute odds — including team names, manager/owner display names, rosters, and scoring settings. Sleeper data is retrieved from Sleeper’s public API. For Yahoo, you authorize us through Yahoo’s OAuth, and we securely store the access and refresh tokens Yahoo issues so we can read your leagues on your behalf. You can disconnect Yahoo or remove a league at any time.

Purchase information

If you buy a season pass or add-on, we store a record of the purchase — the product, amount, currency, store, and a transaction identifier — so we can grant and track your entitlements. Payments are processed by Stripe (on the web) and by Apple or Google together with RevenueCat (in the mobile apps). We do not collect or store your payment card or bank details; those are handled entirely by the payment processors.

Technical information

Like most online services, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and request timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and operating the Service.

How we use your information

  • To provide the Service — computing and displaying odds for your leagues.
  • To manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To process purchases and grant the corresponding features.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To communicate with you about the Service or your account.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management.
  • Supabase — our database (stores your account key, leagues, and purchase records).
  • Vercel — website and API hosting.
  • Stripe — web payment processing.
  • RevenueCat, Apple, and Google — mobile in-app purchase processing.
  • Sleeper and Yahoo — the fantasy platforms we retrieve league data from at your direction.
  • GitHub — runs our odds-computation pipeline.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of LeagueLines, our users, or others.

Public share links

You can generate a public link to a league’s odds board. Anyone with that link can view the board without signing in. The link contains a random, unguessable token, and you can revoke it at any time from the league’s page — after which the link stops working.

Data retention

We keep your account and league data while your account is active. You can remove individual leagues at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below). Purchase records may be retained as needed for financial and legal record-keeping.

Your choices

  • Remove any connected league from your dashboard.
  • Disconnect Yahoo to revoke our access to your Yahoo leagues.
  • Revoke a public share link.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
