This page explains how to delete your LeagueLines account (operated by DoubtFuel Entertainment LLC) and the data associated with it.

Other ways to delete

In the app: open the LeagueLines app, go to My Leagues, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted right away and you’re signed out.

By email: if you can’t sign in, email doubtfuel326@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account (if you signed in with Google, use that Google email so we can verify the request), and we’ll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

Your account and login information (email, name, and authentication data held by our provider, Clerk).
Your connected Sleeper and Yahoo leagues.
Your Yahoo authorization (the access tokens that let us read your Yahoo leagues).
Any public share links you created.

This is permanent and cannot be undone. Note that odds data computed for a league (team and manager names come from the public fantasy platforms) is league-level information, not part of your personal account, and is not tied to your identity once your account is removed.

What we retain, and why

We retain records of any purchases you made — the product, amount, currency, and transaction identifier — because we are required to keep financial and transaction records for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. These records do not include your payment card details (those are held only by the payment processors — Stripe, Apple, or Google). We keep purchase records for up to 7 years, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

We may also retain limited security and server logs for a short period as needed to operate and protect the Service.

How long deletion takes

Deleting from the app removes your account and data immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Backups that may contain your data are rotated and expire on a rolling basis within 90 days.
